hivip Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and hivip ("Platform", "we", "us") concerning your access to and use of the hivip online casino and sports betting platform available at hivip.ws and any associated services, features, and content.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

1Eligibility Criteria

To register and use the hivip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2Age Verification Process

hivip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC verification) at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued national identification card, passport, or other official document confirming date of birth. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal of funds may be restricted. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

5Deposit Terms

hivip accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Key deposit terms include:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to hivip's internal risk management review.
• hivip does not charge a fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Any fees charged by the mobile banking provider itself are outside hivip's control.
• Deposits made with the intent to exploit a bonus offer and subsequently withdraw without completing the required wagering requirement may be reversed at hivip's discretion.

6Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available exclusively to KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad) used for the most recent deposit where practicable. Key withdrawal terms include:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hivip does not charge a withdrawal processing fee.
• Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. hivip does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptionally high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• hivip reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal of funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms will be refused and the relevant account suspended.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hivip platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where required by law, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on hivip under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place wagers on the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or the use of funds from criminal activity on or through the hivip platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or unintended feature of the platform to gain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

10Responsible Gaming Commitment

hivip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools directly from their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. 13Disclaimer of Warranties

The hivip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. hivip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where practicable.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hivip, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the hivip platform, even if hivip has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hivip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

hivip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the platform or by email where a contact address has been provided. Your continued use of the hivip platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
